COP26 Climate Summit , Glasgow
Working with our partners Scottish Power Energy Networks (SPEN) we laid the following new supply for the COPS 26 Climate Summit in Glasgow 2021.
- Works Commencement: June 2021 – Sept 2021
- New supply into COP26 site from St Vincent Crescent
- 1800m track
- 4600m of HV Cable & Pilot Cable laid in ducts
- 1500m of 100mm duct to primary sub for future SPEN concepts.
STAX CDM Project, Glasgow
In partnership with Scottish Power Energy Networks (SPEN) we installed over 100km of cable from Ibrox Street, Govan to St Andrews Cross, Glasgow for the new Barclays Bank Headquarters
- Works Commencement: Jan 2020 – Feb 2021
- Network upgrade associated with new Barclays Bank HQ building
- Duct, 33kV, 11kV and fibre cable installation
- 4.5km track through south side of Glasgow
- 2-3m wide track
- 100km of cable installed overall
Leven, Fife
Leven, Fife (Leven Grid / Durie House)
The upgrade project included rerouting and overlaying of current service adjacent to the Diageo plant in Leven.
- Works Commencement: Dec 2019 – Nov 2021
- 23,000 Ducts installed
- 49 Kilometres of 33Kv Cable
- 22.5 Kilometres of 19 Pair Pilot Cable installed
